Provide leadership to a team of Business Development Representatives (inside sales) including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, mentoring and career progression
Lead the team to deliver revenue goals by determining daily, weekly and monthly targets in support of operating objectives
Assist in assessing and assigning accounts assignments to align team members to the right territories to ensure maximum capacity utilization and delivering strong pipeline
Utilize various internal databases and CRM systems to pull and analyze data to ensure the team is meeting and exceeding their goals.
A great candidate would require...
10+ years management of an inside sales team responsible for both cold calling and deeper penetration of enterprise B2B accounts in multiple countries with a longer sales cycle technology product
Exceptional proven ability to coach and develop inside sales professionals to both achieve day-to-day success but also grow into quota carrying field reps
Experience in a either startup/entrepreneurial environment or one with ongoing changes at fast pace
Highly analytical and a keen ability to use data to make business decisions
Experience using CRM (we use Salesforce) and Inside Sales tools.
