If so, great to meet you! Collibra is seeking a Senior Manager, Inside Sales, EMEA. Under the direction of the Senior Director, Inside Sales and the Vice President, Sales, EMEA, this role will oversee our multi-language EMEA Inside Sales team, helping generate leads for 6-figure deals within enterprise accounts covering 15+ countries. 
 
A day in the life...

  • Provide leadership to a team of Business Development Representatives (inside sales) including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, mentoring and career progression
  • Lead the team to deliver revenue goals by determining daily, weekly and monthly targets in support of operating objectives
  • Assist in assessing and assigning accounts assignments to align team members to the right territories to ensure maximum capacity utilization and delivering strong pipeline
  • Utilize various internal databases and CRM systems to pull and analyze data to ensure the team is meeting and exceeding their goals. 

A great candidate would require...

  • 10+ years management of an inside sales team responsible for both cold calling and deeper penetration of enterprise B2B accounts in multiple countries with a longer sales cycle technology product 
  • Exceptional proven ability to coach and develop inside sales professionals to both achieve day-to-day success but also grow into quota carrying field reps
  • Experience in a either startup/entrepreneurial environment or one with ongoing changes at fast pace
  • Highly analytical and a keen ability to use data to make business decisions
  • Experience using CRM (we use Salesforce) and Inside Sales tools.
