How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

Collibra is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to assist with scaling our enterprise business as we experience hyper growth. This role will report to the Director of Deal Desk. This is a hands-on position which requires detail orientation, organization, and playing as a team. If you put customer experience and service first, strive for excellence with a strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

In this position, you will sit at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Legal. By using sound business acumen and excellent communication and collaboration skills you will be an essential part in helping Collibra continue to grow.


A day in the life of a Deal Desk Analyst at Collibra:

You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Critical approvals of CPQ quotes 
  • Checking signed order forms against opportunities to ensure accuracy before revenue accounting
  • Leveraging SFDC and researching historical contracts to make judgements on current proposals 
  • Responding daily to requests from sales regarding CPQ and be assisting sales on CPQ quotes
  • Providing CPQ training and documentation to enable sales on CPQ usage
  • Answering daily questions ranging from pricing questions, historical contract, payment terms, renewal questions, simple deal structure etc.
  • Redlining simple order forms and/or pushing back on redlines on order forms  

You Have: 

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience working in a commercial function within the SaaS industry
  • Experience with SFDC
  • Experience with CPQ 
  • Experience in a sales function 
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure and tight time constraints across various levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically
