How you'll make an impact at Collibra:
The Senior Manager, Marketing Automation is responsible for helping shape, drive and continually optimize our marketing automation strategy, programs and infrastructure. This highly visible role is responsible for ensuring optimal use of our marketing automation platform, providing both the technical expertise to build out the infrastructure and the strategic mindset to advise internal teams on marketing automation best practices. The ideal candidate for this position will be an expert in marketing automation, and have a deep understanding of marketing technology, best practices and industry trends.
A day in the life of a Senior Manager, Marketing Automation at Collibra:
You’ll be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Technology, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
Developing and optimizing the marketing automation platform, including lifecycle models, lead scoring, lead routing, segmentations, program structure, templates, etc.
Building and implementing closed-loop reporting processes, providing stakeholders with a complete analysis of campaign results, recommendations for continued campaign optimization and full funnel measurement and diagnostics.
Ensuring maximum quality control for marketing automation program/asset development, by developing processes, roles and permissions, and workflows for marketers and external agencies executing in the platform.
Overseeing database health and compliance by continually monitoring email deliverability, data completeness, managing import and acquisition processes, and compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
Managing the integrations between the marketing automation platform, Salesforce, Collibra web properties and various third-party marketing tools. Proactively identify areas where adjustments, additional integrations and/or new technologies can streamline operations.
Partnering closely with IT, Field Operations and other internal stakeholders to ensure close collaboration and enablement on marketing automation processes.
Serving as a subject matter expert for marketing automation, including training, documentation and best practices consulting.
Strong Marketing Automation background with 5+ years experience administering marketing automation platforms.
Experience with deploying and managing marketing automation-Salesforce integrations.
Ability to think strategically, but also able to hands-on and do the work needed to build and manage the platform.
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
