How you'll make an impact at Collibra:
As a Collibra Enablement Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in fortifying Collibra’s Customer Success team readiness, leading efforts to equip these teams with a variety of solutions, while continually gathering and executing against the real-time business needs.
You will play an essential role as a member of our Field Operations team driving productivity for Collibra. Your focus will be on our Customer Success (post-sales) organization, creating/delivering enablement resources, training, and programs, specifically for the unique needs of the Customer Success teams, as well as helping identify broader, more global trends and challenges for the entire field. The Collibra Enablement Business Partner is the central figure in ensuring our strategy meets the needs of the field. Moreover, you will be a thought leader in helping Field Enablement create more prescriptive Customer Success training sessions, like team-specific onboarding.
You will work with leaders and SLTs across Professional Services, Customer Education, Support, Onboarding, and Strategic advisory teams, helping each of them asses and prioritize business needs, prescribe solutions, and develop methods of measuring success on Enablement efforts.
A day in the life of a Enablement Business Partner at Collibra:
You’ll be reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Field Enablement, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
Work and communicate regularly with leaders and SLTs across Professional Services, Customer Education, Support, Onboarding, and other post-sales teams, helping them asses and prioritize business needs, while providing reactive support and communication.
Drive continual development and improvement of resources for Customer Success teams with an ever-changing set of needs.
Deliver engaging and challenging discovery sessions and communicate closely with teams to help identify, gather and effectively synthesize business needs for our existing customers.
Develop and implement programs to increase overall productivity, and synthesize our mission as One Collibra.
Lead/facilitate training planning and execution with Customer Success teams, and partner with our Content specialists to tailor content for learners.
Work directly with members of Collibra Field Enablement, aligning market strategies and support product launches, roadmaps and acquisitions
Support planning and lead broad Field Enablement projects.
Serve as a recognized leader within the organization for expertise in how to enable Customer Success teams to do their jobs effectively.
3-5 years of experience conducting sales training, building global sales enablement programs and selling B2B solutions.
2 years experience within the tech/ enterprise software industry.
Experience creating, maintaining and delivering programs and content in evolving software/tech industries.
BA or BS Degree in management, education, and/or technical field.
Experience working with executive level and/or SLTs across Go-to-Market teams.
Ability to present complex information to partners and colleagues in a clear and appealing manner.
Experience providing internal training to Customer Support, Education, and or Integrations teams and reps.
Strategic thinking skills and ability to develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics.
