How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

Collibra has an exciting opportunity for Workday Technology Lead to make an impact in building our HCM systems of the future. We are looking for a new team member who has experience working in a global, fast-paced growth company. You will participate in key projects as we enhance our Workday implementation to optimize the system to support our continued growth.

A day in the life of a Workday Technical Lead at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Director of People Operations, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Work closely with our Director of People Operations to contribute to the ongoing design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the Workday modules including, but not limited to: HCM, Onboarding, Absence Management, Manager and Employee self-service.
  • Work with HR Business Partners and the wider business to understand business processes.
  • Manage the process of deploying Workday integrations and creating new ones based upon business need.
  • Manage and maintain Workday as a functional and technical expert. Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on all Workday releases and fixes. Review with the business and help drive the deployment of new features.
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and integrity of HCM data.
  • Production support for existing Workday inbound and outbound integrations by providing break/fix analysis, regression testing, and data analysis for data integrity issues.
  • Stay current with Workday new functionalities delivered in the routine updates.
  • Translate business requirements into system requirements, design specifications and document new and/or existing application requirements. Ensure that new or existing systems meet business requirements and practices and that all application interface issues/concerns are understood, documented and addressed satisfactorily.
  • Ensure system security permissions are appropriately set up. Adhere and support HCM SOX control compliance.
  • Design, develop and support dashboards and reports that will help our leaders understand and visualize data.

You Have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role using Workday
  • Strong technical Workday skills
  • Successfully completed Workday reporting and analytics
  • Demonstrated experience in various HCM functional areas, especially integrations and analytics
  • Must be flexible and able to respond to rapid change to meet business needs
  • Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment and work independently
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
  • Demonstrated ability to support diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural fast-paced environment
