As our Health Plan Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for strategic expansion in our largest Health Plan Accounts and expand Collibra’s Healthcare market. You will build and cultivate relationships, develop multi-year, multi-million dollar opportunities with existing customers, and drive growth through closing new business within the largest Health Insurance providers in the United States. You will play a critical role in supporting Collibra’s strategic position as we continue the journey to defining the Data Intelligence market based on Collibra’s leadership in the Data Governance and Catalog markets.
A day in the life of a Health Plan Strategic Account Manager:
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
Creating and driving revenue within your named strategic account portfolio comprised of the largest national and regional health plans in the United States
Developing a strategic account plan for each of your named accounts
Generating and closing qualified business opportunities through a variety of channels
Collaborating with Business Development, Marketing, Account Management, Pre-Sales, Partners, Executive Management, and various stakeholders to win
Owning Collibra's strategic relationships at the C-Level within our Strategic Accounts
Owning the sales cycle from pipeline building to forecasting and closing
Being a strong advocate for our customers, their success, and our long-term partnership to support their data intelligence journey.
Why we need you:
You have 10+ years direct experience in a strategic account management (SAM) role selling enterprise data or analytics software to the Fortune 250, ideally with a focus in Healthcare
You have 5+ years recent experience working for or with large health insurance companies, ideally national plans
You are a "big game hunter" with a decorated history of closing 7-figure deals
You have experience in large, SaaS expansion selling, and are knowledgeable to the challenges executives face when managing multiple complex-stakeholders
Strong, collaborative selling mentality that translates to mapping internal resources and executives to help facilitate the sale, and mapping to client executives to ensure projects gain traction
Even while operating within the largest health insurance companies in the world, apply a roll-up-your-sleeves builder mentality
