How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

As our UX Researcher, you well help bring design research at Collibra to the next level. You will use and share your expertise in qualitative and quantitative research to make sure that we ask the right questions in the right format, and answer them efficiently and correctly.

 

A day in the life of a UX Research & Operations at Collibra:

You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks.

Research responsibilities:

  • Support the product team with quantitative and qualitative research best practices and execution.
  • Coordinating internal and external usability testing as we move towards continuous delivery.
  • Taking ownership of our product usage analytics.
  • Growing our 'PM for a Day' (customer product workshops) concept into a Design Research and Collaboration program.
  • Promote research - and its outcomes - across the company and our customer base.

Operations responsibilities:

  • Helping to establish processes and measures so that designers can focus on designing and researching.
  • Maximize engagement and reduce duplicated efforts.
  • Determining what tools the design teams need to work efficiently.
  • Standardize the tooling and systems used, as well as introduce new tools and make sure designers adopt them.

You Have:

  • In-depth knowledge of quantitative and qualitative user research practices and tooling.
  • Adept at synthesizing and presenting research takeaways.
  • Your communication and presentation skills are without equal.
  • Broad experience in coordinating and running design workshops, and a desire to share this knowledge with your peers.
  • You are on top the the latest evolutions within the design space, and not afraid to dive into processes and tooling.
  • Collibra has a diverse customer base, both industry-wise as geographically.
  • We are looking for someone who enjoys direct contact with customers, and is willing to also facilitate sessions with customers in different locations and time zones.
