How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

As the Enablement Lead you will be responsible for the development of onboarding and ongoing enablement activities for our Professional Services Consultants and Trainers.  Reporting directly to the Director of Education, the Enablement Lead will conduct needs assessments to design and develop all required training programs for the Professional Services organization. 

A day in the life of an Enablement Lead, Professional Services at Collibra

You'll be responsible for a number of tasks, including:

  • Developing the strategy for Onboarding activities of new Professional Services team members
  • Leading new hire and ongoing training efforts for a fast-growing Professional Services team.  The scope of training includes product, process, system, new hire, and skills development training.
  • Helping to facilitate and organize all technical learning activities and Onboarding sessions including managing logistics, agendas, calendars, speakers, and rooms for Onboarding & Learning activities
  • Developing a career matrix for Professional Services team members
  • Building out learning paths for all Professional Services roles
  • Driving certifications to ensure we release new employees into the field in a way that ensures their long-term effectiveness and the success of our customers
  • Communicating regular progress and status updates to key stakeholders
  • Managing resources and project teams accordingly
  • Helping to ensure programs are delivered on-time and at the highest levels of quality
  • Conducting needs analyses and collect feedback to ensure training is in synch with current needs and identify gaps

You Have:

 

  • Experience implementing learning interventions at SaaS or high tech organizations
  • Understanding of data management, data governance, Catalog, Privacy and risk management, data analytics, business and technical data architecture, data quality management, and finance
  • Fundamental knowledge of data concepts such as modeling, glossary, lineage etc.
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities across multiple regional and global functions
  • Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of training projects
  • High level of personal organization, personal accountability, and follow-through
  • Able to work well with people at all levels from Executive to Associate levels
  • Ability to roll up your sleeves and do what is needed to make programs successful
  • Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product; attention to detail is critical
  • Familiar with professional management skills
  • Experience supporting a global organization
