How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

As our Technical Consultant, you will be the go-to person for the customer during implementations, and work closely with customers in developing integrations and workflows.

A day in the life of a Technical Consultant at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Director Professional Services EMEA, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Developing integrations in close collaboration with the customer
  • Developing workflows in close collaboration with the customer and the other Collibra team members
  • Performing technical trainings to customers and Collibra implementation partners
  • Working with the customer to develop platform architecture integration the Collibra solution into the customer environment.
  • Providing best practices to customers in terms of the use and implementation of the technical components of the Collibra solution
  • Analyzing the technology landscape of our customers and recommending architecture where Collibra fits in
  • Creating mechanisms to automate Collibra cloud instance creation etc.
  • Supporting the customer with SSO and LDAP integration
  • Working together with the Collibra Product team to build and maintain templates which can be used during our implementations

You Have:

  • 4+ years of relevant working experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies or related field
  • Integration experience with Mulesoft's Anypoint Platform
  • Deep knowledge of REST API frameworks
  • Deep knowledge of cloud architectures such as AWS (Amazon), GCP (Google) and/or Azure (Microsoft)
  • Java knowledge
  • Knowledge of LDAP/SSO
  • A good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts
  • Customer facing experience where you ran workshops and trainings in the past
  • Good knowledge of SQL, XML en JSON
  • Experience with implementing BPMN 2.0 workflow engines such as Flowable
  • Experience with integrating with data quality tools or data virtualisation tools (Denodo, Red Hat, AWS Glue, TIBCO etc.)
  • Experience with integrating with BI & Analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, TIBCO Spotfire, Qlik View/Sense, Google Data Studio, SAP Analytics Cloud etc.
  • Experience with integration with platforms such as Oracle database, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2, SAP HANA, Teradata
  • Knowledge of scanners such as Manta, Compact Solutions, Oracle OEMM, Orion
  • Experience with data governance, data management, big data, data lake, data privacy (e.g. GDPR), business glossaries, data dictionaries, data catalog
  • Strong written and verbal skills in both English and German
  • Willingness to travel
