Position

This opening is for a client-side java development position. You will work on our client-side modeling tool based on the eclipse framework. We value intelligence and motivation over experience.

We offer a competitive salary with benefit package including a company car.

General Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Java experience required; other languages such as Ruby and Python are a plus.
• UML modeling and meta-modeling in MOF; ORM (Object Role Modeling) and ER are a plus.
• Experience in agile software engineering, such as SCRUM or XP.
• Familiar with design patterns.
• Must love challenges and problem solving; no fear for the unknown.
• Discipline and flexibility.

Specific Requirements

• Ability to contribute to the Eclipse framework.
• Experience in developing plugins, features and perspectives on top of Eclipse.
• Attention to user interface and workflow details.
• Experience with OSGI development.
• Semantic technologies, e.g., RDF/OWL/Jena.
• Query languages: e.g., SQL, XPath, XQuery, SPARQL, EDI.
