Tony Mary (Chairman of the board)
Tony Mary is a seasoned, entrepreneurial, globaI corporate executive with experience in IT (Country General Manager IBM Belgium, Senior Executive vice president Groupe Bull), Telecommunications (General Manager Belgacom), service industry (Executive Vice President Sitel), management consulting (Managing Partner KPMG) and broadcasting (President & CEO VRT).
Dirk Boogmans (Independent Director)
Dirk Boogmans was Managing Director of GIMV until 2008. Currently, he is independent director and advisor of several companies, including BNP Paribas Fortis. He is Construction Engineer (VUB) and holder of an MBA (University of Limburg). In 1980, he was named Director of Venture Capital Activities of GIMV, a Flemish investment company. From 1998 to 2001, he was Managing Director of CFE.
Marc Goldchstein (Represents BI3)
Marc Goldchstein represents the VUB-related investment fund BI3 in the Board. He is member of the Technology Transfer Interface Department of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and project leader of the multidisciplinary educational project 'technology entrepreneurship' at the institution. He is a seasoned high tech startup professional, with a professional focus on strategy and marketing.
Catherine Vanderhoeven (Brustart, GIMB)
Catherine Vanderhoeven has a commercial engineering degree from the Solvay Business School. She has over 12 years of experience in business controlling in various organizations. At the moment, she is Project Analyst for Brustart (GIMB/SRIB group).
Prof. Dr. Guido Dedene (Independent Director)
Guido Dedene received a Masters and Ph.D. degree in mathematics from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. He is an expert in Information Systems and is full professor Business Information Systems at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. He further holds a part-time professor chair in the development of information and communication systems at the University of Amsterdam and is invited professor at the Vlerick Leuven Ghent Mangement School.
